Curatorial Notes

Presented by i-Quartier, a Singapore-based multidisciplinary arts and cultural organisation, ArtLive Venezia 2026 brings together artists, musicians and creative practitioners in an international celebration of artistic expression and cultural exchange.

Held at Fondazione Marta Czok in Venice, the exhibition explores the relationships between art, culture, personal identity and the passage of time. ArtLive was conceived with the belief that artistic expression should not be confined to a single discipline, generation or geographical boundary. Through paintings, photography, jewellery installations, music performances and artistic conversations, the exhibition creates a meeting place where different creative voices can engage with one another.

A distinctive aspect of ArtLive is its commitment to intergenerational artistic dialogue. Established artists exhibit alongside emerging and young talents, encouraging an exchange of perspectives, experiences and artistic interpretations. Complementing the visual exhibition is ArtLive Artistic Dialogues, a series of conversations exploring the intersections of art, culture, personal expression and artistic legacy. Live classical music performances by The Sinfonia Collective further enrich the exhibition, creating connections between visual and performing arts.

ArtLive Venezia marks an important chapter in i-Quartier's continuing efforts to foster international artistic collaborations and provide meaningful platforms for artists of different backgrounds and generations.Following its presentation in Venice, ArtLive will continue its cultural journey with a Singapore edition in January 2027.
